Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Manny, a 2 year old neutered, highly intelligent male TRD, very true to his breed, is in need of an experienced, knowledgeable forever home in or near the Orlando, Florida area ASAP! Manny is house-trained but loves the outside with a very secure fence. He loves long walks and or is quite happy to run/walk beside a bike rider. Maybe even a skate boarder or rollerblader!

This beautiful TRD has had a rough start in life but is doing quite well now and needs tons of love, attention, play, exercise (as all TRD's do!) and someone who fully understands this rare breed.

Please contact [email address removed] if you are or know of someone special who might be interested in providing this special and deserving guy a special home. Rehoming fee is highly negotiable for the perfect home:)

Manny is no longer with us and now spends his time walking among the doggie angles over the Rainbow Bridge. Manny did not adjust well to a new situation offered by his owner and in turn, did what a TRD will do - he lashed out and severly bit his handler. Because of this and several other incidents, Manny was released to the big gates in the sky.

As Manny watches over everyone involved in his life, he hopes everyone remembers the importance of getting his fellow TRD well-socialized from day one. We are all saddened by the loss of Manny and the circumstances, not only for those that loved him and wanted the best for him, but also for Manny himself - a thai ridgeback dog that will not be forgotten.
